Here are some helpful answers to questions that we get asked frequently. This may help you out before you make a phone call.
1. Does it really take 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive? A: Depending on our travel schedule, there is a possibility that it can take a few weeks. However if you place your order near the time we process our orders, it could be a far shorter time.
2. Why do we have S&H charges on a RAW J-peg image? A: Unfortunately our web site does not give us the option to seperate orders depending on a photo, Poster or a J-peg. Therefor due to the volume difference that we send in photos we must charge for shipping and handling on all orders.
3. Why does it take a while for us to return phone calls? A: Please do not forget that we do this 48-50 weeks a year. We spend up to three weeks in a row on the road at times. Most weeks we leave on a Weds and return the following Tues in time to shower and head out again.
4.How can I get a break on a large order? A: Call me directly and we will see if there is anything that we can do. (this is on orders over $200 and up) This is also for multiple images that you would like burned on a disc((over 20 images))
Due to the increasing number of "new" photographers showing up at the racing events around the South East, charging too much money and offering NO customer satisfaction, Racedaypix is going to pick up the slack.
If you Purchase a photo from any of our competitors at an event that we have photos from and you are not satisfied with your purchase due to the fact the photo is blurry, poor quality, or just not what you think you should have recieved. We will replace the photo with one of ours merely for the cost of shipping and handling. (about $3.00 for an 8x10)
We can replace it with any of the current sizes that we offer as close to what you send us as possible. If you send us an 8x10, you will get an 8x10 in it's place....and so on. We currently offer photos up to 13x19, but we are working on larger sizes once we find the correct printers.
You will have to find a photo on web site for us to replace it with. Please call in Advance of sending photos so that we make be certain that we have a photo to replace the one you are not happy with.

We will need the name of the photographer, or company that delivered the photo, so we may deliver it back to the original promoter.
**This does not include your friends photos that just don't look good. This only applies to other on-site Professional Photography Companies, or Photographers. This is only for events that we have photos from.
